Fees & Refund Policy
This policy explains the fees associated with Cedar Men's Health services and the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

Initial suitability discussion
The initial suitability discussion has no out-of-pocket cost and is available once per patient.
Service fees
Doctor consultations, follow-ups and reviews are charged at a flat fee of $195 (AUD), payable before the appointment. The initial suitability consultation is provided at no cost. Fees are subject to change with notice.
Pathology costs
Blood testing may be bulk billed where available and eligible. Out-of-pocket pathology costs may apply depending on your Medicare status and the pathology provider.
Refund policy
The fee charged is for the consultation and the doctor's professional assessment, not for any treatment, prescription or clinical outcome. This includes consultations undertaken to review pathology results or to assess a patient's suitability for a particular treatment: the fee covers the doctor's time and clinical judgement regardless of whether the patient is found to be eligible or suitable. A decision by the treating doctor not to prescribe, not to recommend treatment, or to recommend further testing or an alternative provider does not constitute grounds for a refund. Refund requests are otherwise assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
