Getting started

Four simple steps

1. Book a no-cost suitability consultation

Request a no-cost first consultation with an Australian-registered doctor. There is no obligation and no payment required at this stage.

2. Speak with your doctor

Your doctor takes a careful history and discusses whether this service is appropriate for your individual situation. Treatment is never guaranteed.

3. Blood testing, where clinically indicated

If your doctor recommends testing, blood tests are arranged and bulk-billed where suitable, with no out-of-pocket expense to you.

4. An individualised care plan

Where appropriate, your doctor prepares an individualised plan. Ongoing care is provided only where a doctor decides it is clinically warranted.

Prescriptions

How prescriptions work

If your doctor decides a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is sent to you as an electronic prescription (e-script). You then take it to whichever pharmacy you prefer — there is no obligation to use any particular pharmacy, and we do not ship medications.

We also do not require you to purchase kits, or supplies from us. Some clinics bundle these products into their programmes — we don't. If you need supplies, your pharmacist can help you choose what is right for you, at standard pharmacy prices.
