As a doctor-led service, we believe in transparency. All service fees are explained before you proceed, there are no subscriptions or lock-in contracts, and no fee guarantees treatment, prescriptions or a specific clinical outcome.
Initial suitability discussion
No-cost first consultationYour initial suitability consultation is no-cost. This does not guarantee ongoing care, treatment or prescriptions.
Blood testing
Bulk-billed — no out-of-pocketAll patients suitable for ongoing care will need blood tests as part of their clinical assessment. Blood tests are bulk-billed — there is no out-of-pocket expense for blood testing.
No other fees
Consultations onlyIf ongoing care is clinically appropriate, this simply means further consultations with your doctor at $195 each. There are no subscriptions, no lock-in contracts and no additional service fees — you only pay for the consultations you have with the doctor.
What fees do not mean
No guaranteed outcomesAny consultation fee does not guarantee treatment, prescriptions, pathology requests or a specific outcome. Clinical decisions are always made by the treating doctor.
