Step by step
How it works
From your first enquiry to ongoing care, every step is guided by a doctor and based on your individual clinical needs. There are no subscriptions — you pay only for the consultations you need.
Suitability discussion
A no-cost consultation with an Australian registered doctor to understand your situation, review your history, arrange blood tests if clinically indicated, and review the results to determine whether ongoing care is appropriate for you. Blood tests are bulk-billed.
Care recommendation
Your doctor reviews all available information — your history, consultation findings, and any test results — and recommends ongoing care, further testing, lifestyle changes including exercise prescription where appropriate, referral to your GP or a specialist, or no treatment. The clinical decision is always the doctor's.
Ongoing monitoring
If you are receiving ongoing care, your doctor will arrange appropriate follow-up and monitoring. Blood testing and review consultations may be scheduled where clinically needed.
Electronic prescriptions
Your script, sent straight to your phone
If your doctor decides a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is issued as a secure electronic prescription (e-script) and delivered directly to your mobile by SMS. There's no paper to carry and no waiting around — your script is ready when you are.
Receive by SMS
Your e-script token arrives as a secure SMS link to the mobile number you provide.
Choose your pharmacy
Take your script to any pharmacy you prefer — near home, work, or wherever suits you.
Private & secure
Private electronic prescriptions, handled with the same privacy standards as an in-person visit.
You're never locked into a particular pharmacy or required to order through us. The choice of where to fill your script is always yours. A prescription is only issued if clinically appropriate — it is never guaranteed in advance.
Important compliance note
A real-time consultation with a doctor is required before any prescribing decision. Clinical decisions are always made by the treating doctor based on individual assessment.
